Ok place to live, but new staff is horrible

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003

I have lived here for three years.

The previous staff was incredible.

Now, Darla has taken over and in the past year the following things have occurred:

Increase in rent

Decrease in maintainence

No emergency maintainence (even though they claim they do have this service)

The pool is open for about a month out of the year

Also,in the middle of my lease, they decided to make me start paying for extra utilities.

Also, they made a deal with a cable company so our cable was switched and the price increased and there was nothing we could do about it (except just not get cable tv).

The same goes for a satellite, they control that too and make money off of it.

However, the apartment itself is very nice and comfortable.
