Great location.

Grounds are nice.

False promises.

Don't believe anything they say---get it in writing.

They say you can transfer to any AIMCO apart at no charge, however this is false.

Neighbors are quick to complain and management is quick to serve you with fines and threats without investigation.

If the Clubhouse isn't closed early, the hot tub is toxic and the water level is so low and cold it's not theraputic.

Fitness club looks good at first, but most of the equipment doesn't work.

Plan on warming up the sauna an hour before you want to use it.

Pool isn't open until the middle of summer and then they don't want to waste their electricity on the lights until after it is closed for the evening.

Celings are full of black mold and they procrastinate to fix any maintenance issues, though they will be hot on your tail if you leave your bike under the stairs or your dog is seen on the balcony.

Have fun walking ON THE GRASS through the goose droppings to your entry.

Parking lot designed to drain through the garages, so plan on stepping through ankle deep water to get in your car.

The chocolate chip cookies in the lobby are only for potential residents.
