Runaway Bay Sucks

I agree with the other comments posted this year thus far.

I was really swept off my feet when I was given the royal tour, I had thought this place was going to be heaven.

Boy was I wrong!!! Maintenence requires me to go to the office at least three times to get anything done and then it is half-assed.

This place sucks! I cant say it enough.

The office staff will sit down with you to discuss the issues with your apartment and then explain to you that it was in some way your fault.

I dont understand how when things break on the old 1980's appliances that it is my fault.

And I can hear everything that goes on in every apartment around me.

I even know when the upstairs neighbor takes a dump in the middle of the night because when they flush it's so loud that it wakes me up.

Yup thats right, couple times a night I get to wake up to gallons of water headed to the sewer.

I have lived in worse conditions but I was paying a hell of a lot less and the management staff truly cared about their tenants, unlike the broadway show they put on for you here, fake as hell.

Again Runaway Bay Sucks.

I strongly recomend looking elsewhere as happiness is not found here at Runaway Bay.

Good luck!!!
