Runaway Bay

 

I was finally able to move from this horrid apartment complex.

I am so relieved not to have to deal with anymore problems.

I was told by other former tenants that I would not get my security deposit back regardless how nice I left the apartment.

They were correct, I have always left my apartments in great condition and have always gotten my security deposits back, until R.A.B.

I even filled all the holes from my pictures with spackle!! Well R.A.B found it necessary to still keep $90 of my money.

This place sucks.

I agree with the previous negative feedback, it was like reading a diary of my life at R.A.B.

Be carefull of the smiles from mgmnt when you tour, and be sure to read fine print.

If you get offered a discount to move in beware that they will want the amount that was discounted to you if you try to break lease early.

I had previously lived in a Edward Rose Property and they were fantastic.

I would recomend searching for the Edward Rose Property in this area if this is the area you need to live in I am sure you will have a better life that one lived at R.A.B.
