Not a bad place at all!!!

Everyone seems to be talking about how bad Runaway Bay is, but I have had an overall positive experience.

My neighbors are quiet with the exception of the random dog bark and a hallway door close, I don't hear much.



My gas/electric bills are very reasonable and I don't think I will find them cheaper anywhere else.



Parking is never a problem.



Sometimes snow removal could be better, but the walks are always salted.



It's an older community so everything isn't perfect, but it is very clean.

Overall, I have enjoyed Runaway Bay and am nervous to go elsewhere.
