I really enjoyed my time at Runaway Bay and only signed a lease there because they told me that they had an affordable month to month plan after my year lease expired.

Yeah, affordable by going up over $500 a month.

Other than that, I would have loved to stay there.

Yes, after a year, the rent was to go up $40 a month.

But otherwise I didn't have any other issues.

Staff was really friendly to me.

Just the whole price issue became a factor.
