The management is fine, never had any problems with them. However...the place is a dump. We lived downstairs for a year and the hallways always smelled like a sewer, the laundry room is cockroach infested.My friend lived next door to the laundry and had mice and cockroach problems, DTN did nothing. I have NEVER once felt safe living here, the neighbors are horrible, it seems as though they will let anybody move in. The location is great and if you enjoy horrible parking, drug dealers, loud music, fights in the hallways, loud music and all around disrespect for fellow neighbors then you would love it here. I was so happy to move out of that dump.
