The manager is a slob. Our apartment faces the resident manager's balcony. She throws her trash over the balcony every morning. It states in the lease that no objects are to be thrown over the balconies. The trash sometimes sits there for over 2 days. I spoke with the management company and wrote them a letter it seems to have worked because she is no longer throwing her trash over the balcony and soon the apartment complex will be under new management. Other than that the apartment is fairly large and a decent price.
