We lived in Tammany Hills for 2 years and liked the green, quiet area and the very affordable rate that did not increase much at all per year. Especially the new doors and new roofing this year approved the overall appearance. It is an old apartment complex so you will have to live with some bugs especially in the fall but it is very decent and we did not regret moving there.
As one f the previous reviewers states the pipes did make some strange noises that became louder towards the end but are not constant and not very disturbing.
Also when you have an apartment above you will hear them walking.
We had very friendly maintenance and the management was very nice and decent responsive.
The end of our contract is what made me mad. Be sure that everything you discuss with the apartment manager you have in writing or even better call Mulder management right away. It will save you walking to the apartment office a million times and spare you wrong answeres that in the end you cannot proof you received.
We have not received the deposit yet, we were told 30 day grace period. Maybe I will write again.
