This has been the worst experience i have ever had in a apartment complex and this is my fourth. The apartments are old and ragged. The floor in my bathroom and my kitchen are coming up, will literally snag your foot and cut it if you walk with your bare foot on them, which is hard not to do in the bathroom. I have requested that they be replaced for the last six months. The response has been that the management company has said that its not in the budget. The Maintenance man lets his pit bull dog run free on the premises, The carpet in my apartment is old and rubbing bare, whenever you put in a maintenance requests to have something fixed it takes a week. 24 Hour maintenance actually means 1 maintenance person for the whole complex so its difficult to have anything fixed. The Air conditioner in my apartment is old, like 80's old and barely blows air. I've gotten late rent notices from them when my rent has been paid, and literally had to argue with intent to sue to get them to realize that they made a mistake. The washers and dryers are always broken and they are more expensive than the laundromat.the light in the parking lot seemed like it was out since I moved in and made it really dark so I put in a maintenance request that the bulb be replaced after I did that literally four times the office staff let me know that the entire lamp has been broken for the past eight years. I am fed up with this apartment. You may think the rental rate is cheap.... for all the problems you will have- its not.
