We have lived here for about 2 years. The location is great; near the highway and a nice neighborhood. The price is also good (we pay 670 for rent) and they allow cats for a minimal price. The maintanence is terrible and it takes weeks to months to have even the simplist things repaired. The maintanence guy is actually really good, but he is the only one taking care of the entire complex. The quality of the apartment itself is pretty average (old appliances, cheap carpet, old decks, washer and dryer poor quality-usually go to laundramat). We plan on moving to a new, nicer complex once our lease is up. I would recommend this place to someone who doesn't spend too much time at home and is looking for a cheap place to live.
