Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
 
Average. Great location. Nice staff. Rent due the 25th of the month or else! Must mail rent with that postmarked date. Had car broken into the first year. Used to be more like msu grad students living here. Now it's more varied. The police was here once at 2am with the new neighbors. It's getting noisy. Can't wait to move!
