Not the best.

Tammany on the Ponds apartments is not the best place I have ever lived. The best advantages include: apartments are new, the setting is nice, the pool is okay. On the negitive side: there is no workout equipment / room, loud with I-96 running through your backyard, staff is unreasonable at times (ie, not returning security deposit for more than 30 days after I left)...
