The apartments are nice; the setting is lovely. But if you move in here, watch your back. Specifically, document with photos the state of your apartment when you move out. Don't trust them to be fair or honest about your security deposit.
Also, I was given a lease renewal letter that offered a lower rate on my apartment when I renewed. When I went to the office to accept, they said it was a mistake and there would be no lower rate -- even though this offer was in writing.
Nice apartments. Bad company.
