I had never rented before and the office staff was great. Coming from out of state I was worried that I was going to be sold something that didn't really exist and this was absolutely not the case. Everything was great. My apartment was better than I expected with a great view of the woods and the girls at the office were amazing in helping me get moved in. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and still do.
