the apartments are nice to look at but there are a few downfalls. there is no gym,it is a newer complex and they don't even offer a small workout room. the lounge chairs at the pool are either broken or don't recline and the tennis court doesn't have a net. how are you to play tennis with no net' the property is nice to look at although my building has a ton of weeds surrounding it. for the most part tammany on the ponds is not a horrible place to live. it is on the higher end of the prce scale when the only real amenity that is offered is a pool. on the plus side, the pool is nice and i get a free carport. the office girl signs for your packages and makes you sign them back out. this way no one walks away with your stuff which is a good thing. i have had a few managers during my time living here and this manager now actually knows who you are, cares about your concerns and acknowledges you when she sees you outside of the property. if you can overlook a few things that i think are important like the gym then you will like living here.
