I just moved here from a neighboring apartment and Tammany on the Ponds is everything the manager said it was. It is very quiet in my apartment (I am on the second floor) and a reason I moved was because in my old apartment everyone could hear everything. The apartment itself is beautiful and is really well kept. The manager bent over backwords to find me an apartment that fit my needs and my budget. She spent a ton of time with me and never pressured me. I am reccommending this place to other friends and classmates who need a place to live.
