I'm a current resident and have enjoyed living in this community. Sure, there are little things that were inconvenient, but the location, quiet, ambience, and quality of the apartments out weighed that.
The only problems I encountered were with the maintenance and the snow removal. Maintenance was very slow to come and fix problems, though they got the job done in the end. And the roads are atrocious in the winter.
The office staff is exceptional. They are friendly, efficient, and very helpful.
I live in the "animal owners" building and never found the pet waste to be a problem.
If not for personal reasons, I would be renewing my lease, this is a great friendly place to live.
