I leased from Tammany as their model was the best in the area and the office managers were very professional. ARGH! Bad decision. Upon moving in, my apartment was clean, but the walls and carpet were very badly stained and the whole apartment reaked of cigarette smoke. My smoke alarms go off every time I take a shower, much to the dismay of my neighbors. I have asked 3 times to have them fixed and nobody will come to check things out. Our front door has also been broken for two months and the hallways haven't been cleaned since I moved in. I finally vacuumed them myself last week.
