maintenance is slow but eventually gets taken care of. there have been a few managers but the one they have now is alright. at least she seems to work. there have been a ton of changes among the office staff though. its an alright place to live if you aren'tlooking for anything special k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I completely disagree with this review. As a resident having lived at Tammany on the Ponds for almost two years I can not believe this review. Granted maintenance can be slow but it gets taken care of and if there was ever an emergency (which I have had a few) they have gotten addressed immediately. As far as the office staff is concerned there have been two managers during my time here and Lynne is the best one of the two. She brings packages to my car, always calls to let us know we have one (my husband gets 3 or more each week) and on the rare occassion neither of us can get to the office before they close she always offers to stay late and when asked she has no problem taking them to our apartment. Having lived in many apartments since getting married we continue to live at Tammany on the Ponds because Lynne goes out of her way to make us feel like this is our home. The only reason we will not be renewing our lease another year is because my husband is being transferred back home.
