I have lived here for the past two years and the only reason I am leaving is because I am seeking an apartment with 3 bedrooms to live with two other friends, and Tammany only offers 1 and 2 bedrooom apartments.

The landlords Gloria and Howard are amazing. They are so personal. They always greeted me and my roommate by name whenever we came in contact with them, and they remembered things about us. They also took care of problems in a professional and timely manner.

There was only one maintenance issue the whole time we lived here, and that was a plumbing issue that was quickly dealt with and resolved.

I loved the spacious, open floor plan, our pretty view of trees (which I know not all buildings get), how they let us paint the walls, the walk-in closets, the pool, the tennis courts, how we were so close to both 96/69 and 496... and the list goes on. My building was right by the expressway, but you could only hear traffic if you were outside.

I feel you will be quite pleased if you choose Tammany on the Ponds.
