I have lived at the dean apartments for along time 5 years. the location is very good and the prices when compared to other apartments in the area are very good. the building has many different sized units ranging for studios to 1 bedrooms. the building is across the street from a city park and has its own sizable yard with privacy and a grilling area and garden. the building is old and has many of the issues that older building have like plumbing issues but the staff does correct these issues or hire someone to do it if they cannot. the building is quiet, heated well in the winter, and kept relatively clean.
