The employees were originally very friendly & helpful, but were rotated midway through my leasing experience, transferring me to a different office. Afterwards, I was treated poorly.
The neighbors are pretty dramatic; they like to instigate problems and call police, etc., at the drop of a hat. The sound of drunken laughter & slamming dooras permeates the building throughout the night. The hardwood floors are hard on your feet, the lease is long & mostly unenforceable, and has several holes in it, if you know how to find them.
If you're looking for a 'Ma & Pop" Landlord, this is NOT your place. DTN is a major Corporation that hires ALOT of goofy college kids, and you are a number. Around Christmas, a kid beat on my door for 10 minutes like the place was on fire, but when I opened it, he handed me a box of cheap chocolate. The maintenace men, on the other hand, are very friendly, courteous & overall generally helpful. But the salesman told me this place did not allow pets, and the lease says so too, but it does.
