ALthough DTN has a monopoly on Lansing area rentals, I suggest that you find someone else.. not someWHERE else owned by DTN, but someONE other than DTN. Living in a public sewage system may be better than renting from these guys - I've done it twice and it never changes (not lived in a sewer... rented from DTN).

Cons:
1. You can't have even a small party. The Lansing cops come every time.
2. The office manager is about as dumb as a box of rocks; & his staff is worse.
3. Nasty neighbors = mice & flies... animal droppings in the hallways... cracks
above walls allow entry of putrid air from neighbors.
4. There is a different crew working the office every time I make lease payments,
so you'll never establish a relationship with the landlord people.
5. The lease is long & invokes East Lansing ordinances that aren't applicable to
Lansing renters... it is a form contract drafted by a B level lawyer.
6. Neighbors wash their dog blankets in the washing machines; etc.
Pretty darn gross, even for hygienic dog lovers.

Pro's:
1. There is ALWAYS some white trash drama going on, & It gets old... try to
stay out of it. Don't tell DTN, because they don't care.

Overall, this place is crap.. crap you can live without. Avoid it. I'm not kidding.
