Bad points:
-Management is rude
-Will take your security deposit
-The snow removal is bad
-No high speed internet
-Stay away from romaine shes mean

I recently moved out, and my place had no damage except from a few small pin holes from pictures, atleast that I knew of.

I recently got my security deposit check back and I saw that they marked me down for a bifold door being bent in the kitchen. I remember that it had a small dent when I moved in, but I didn't mark it down because it wasn't on the checklist, and I didn't really think it was bad.

I called them up to explain that I was charged for something that was already there when I moved in. She(Romaine) proceded to tell me that I didn't mark it down, and she couldn't take my word for it. She also called me rude(of course I am going to be mad when you screw me over, and when your rude to me.) So basically what I heard was that I was screwed and I had to pay for something they didn't fix before I moved in.
