hmm, where do i start, lets start with the building. the building i lived in, was facing Dunkel. LOUD, Gross. they remodled the roof, and painted all in the same month. VERY loud. the staff there and managmet, doesant know a thing about TODAYS ammenities. had access to a broken down washer and dryer, a pool that closed early in the season, and THATS IT!!! wow, what fun! this place is more conserned about how green thier grass is, then thier tendents. can we say KILLER GEESE, yeah the anamsld walk everywhere and ---- everywhere, beware as you are commin out of your apartment!! my place, the air broke down, someone just made EXCUSES why is wont work, never fixed it, then in the summer, the hear broke down, took em FOUR days t fix the ----, once again, more excuses. the damages to my place were (in thier eyes) $1700.00. um, how are you gonna charge me for you to clean the floor, then REPLACE IT! whatever you do, DONT put anything on the wall, they will RAPE you for every penny you have. i give this place a ZERO, bad managment, bad buildings, HORRIBLE cable, aoh yeah and dont be a day late for rent, they will take it very badly. my advise, call The Village a Chandler Crossings at 351-7667, the managment there will treat you with the respect you deserve, and charge WAYYY LESS!
