Nice place with so-so people. Management is one of the archetypal ones-nice before u sign the lease then u belong to them so u screwed. No need to name anyone (except for Kristi aka ?every-day-is-my-bad-day?). On few occasions it happened that things told by two women in the office were contrary e.g. ?no, u can?t decorate the apartment u lease? vs. ?small things on the walls and some posters are fine?.
Unlike the information Management spreads, before u can check the grounds, the building structures are not few years old. These premises were build at least 30 years ago. Being in construction business helps to judge that, but there are more evident signs like: windows from ?71, toilet ?79, stove ?81. Well as u can see only few years old.
The parking provided is not as abundant as one might think (Management). My neighbor has three cars but he uses only one, his project and SUV are just taking up space. He is a good example of what many people do in here. Then there are the people working for Trappers, who during weekends always tinker with their cars around swimming pool (making loud noise all day long). Somehow it is OK to do so as long as u know the right people. If by any chance your car is visibly damage (or u have snow left on it for some time) they will tow it on your expense, unless of course, u work for them, then its all cool.
Still on the subject of maintenance staff. It was not uncommon to see someone to respond to fix request after several days (10 days the longest). After 5 days I fixed myself ?cuz was tryin? of waitin? for lazy bums.
Grounds seem to be safe, no pets means no dog crap around, except for dog owners from neighboring places to come here and let their luv ones to ---- where my kids r playin?.
Sometimes u have a group of college studs who think they rule da world. But in situation like that Management promptly responds to claims of loud noise and studs r often gone after six months.
