RUDE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I decided to check out Trapper's despite all the bad things I'd heard because it is right off the highway- very convenient. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was a mistake. The girl Kristie who "helped" me was so incredibly rude and snobby I can only imagine the kind of treatment I would receive if I actually lived there. She barely answered any of my questions, I still don't know what they offer or the exact prices for anything. She downright refused to show me a two bedroom, and before she took me to the crappy one bedroom model she told a co-worker, If my boyfriend calls tell him I had to go show an apartment. Excuse me for making you do your job! I would never live here. The whole staff needs lessons in customer service.
