I lived here for a little over a year and the problems that I had were all with management. First, I moved into an apartment and found that the layout was not what it stated. When I called the office and someone came over they said well that??s because you have a modified unit because the maintenance room was put in where the bedroom was supposed to be. This was not a problem to me at first because I liked the layout better but it was something that the office people did not know about until I complained about it. Just something you think they would be aware of. Second, I vacationed in Hawaii and had a friend feeding my fish. well, they thought they lost the key so I called to have it re-keyed then found out it wasn't lost and called them back within 10 mins of calling them, they assured me that it would not be processed. But it was so I had to get my keys when i returned, and paid a fee to have the keys made and asked if I should pay the re-key fee. The girl said no but they later charged me for it. When I spoke with the manager Ed, we argued, he yelled at me then finally walked away to his office, after a moment of just standing in front of his secretary I said to her what I should do to resolve this. She said talk to him. I went into the office and got the number to his boss. I left the building and immediately called it, it was the wrong number. I went to Ed and when asked he said yes it??s the right number let me show you how to dial a number. (best part) he picked up the phone and started to dial when his secretary said Ed the number changed a few months ago. When I called his boss nothing was done and Ed's boss said so you want me to apologize for something Ed did. PR at its best!! when I moved out they decided to charge me for every little thing that they could find, a knick on the door, stain on the counter, etc and it was amazing how the amount came down to the penny the amount of the security deposit.
