You could do worse in a college town.

I have lived here for a year, and the only reason I am moving is because I am re locating and also pets aren't allowed.

The maintenance staff has always responded quickly, even at one in the morning when my furnace went nuts.
Cheryl in the office was very helpful.
The building I am in is pretty quiet.

I do hear the neighbors above sometimes, but that is apartment living, if you don't like it.

buy a house.

Parking is plentiful, and I have never felt scared coming home from work or classes at night.
The apartments themselves are basic.

Kinda bland, but clean.

Overall it is not a bad place to live and considering it's a college town, you could do worse and pay way more for a crappier place.
