I am not saying that the residents who have written poor reviews here did not have those experiences, but I have to say that it surprises me. Between me and my boyfriend we have live here for over 2.5 years. I lived in an Alpine and he lives in a Madrid. The carpet was new when we moved in and the place was spotless. The best thing is that it is extremely quiet. Being a professional and having to work from home sometimes, this is a plus. It is wonderful that pets are not allowed, as many people are extremely allergic to cats and dogs, and dogs can be very noisy. The management have always been extremely pleasant and helpful. When our garbage disposal stopped working on a Saturday just before our guests arrived, maintenance was there within the hour. As for the drapes/blinds, of course you have to buy your own and they have to be visually appeasing. Of the six people that I know who moved out of Trapper's Cove, the all got 100% of their security deposit back. After looking at many other apartments, Trapper's Cove was not only the cheapest, but the best looking. I have lived in over 10 apartment complexes and Trapper's Cove, by far, has been the best.

you must not have lived in the POS buildings at the very front on Dunkel. Had a bees nest in our furnace and everytime it was on it made clicking noises (which is pretty annoying seeing how the furnace is in the master bedroom) but since the furnace did what it was suppose to...put out heat...they wouldn't do anything about it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the office staff is rude, predijuce, and racist. Beware of the cleaning staff also they will accuse you of burns in the hallways, and when confronted were proven wrong.
