the manager is very rude, and impolite and lack of humanity. they, like robber, take your money as they can.i believe, god will take them.

fluffs breaking off meant it was brand-new carpet when you moved in! of course you were charged for damages, if you stain it, clean it or pay up so the next resident doesn't have to look at your mess!

yes, the carpet was brand-new carpet, but it has quality problems, so much fluffs always broke off when i cleaned the carpet every time.
