Trappers Cove is quiet, the grounds are well-maintained, and the two times I had to call maintenance they responded promptly. It seems safe as long as you don't do something stupid, the doors to the outside don't lock but each apartment has a deadbolt and the ones that are close to the ground are equipped with rods for the windows and slider. Compared to other apartments I've been in Trappers Cove is very reasonable for the price. I've read some complaints about management, I've never had a problem.
