Beautiful place but watch out for the management

We lived in a two bedroom alpine.
The apartment is okay, the floor plan we picked was pretty open, the bedrooms were okay size wise, and there is a stackable washer/dryer in the kichen hidden across from the fridge.
The majority of my neighbors were grad students/ young professionals.
The grounds are beautiful, kinda looks like a nice golf course! The geese come in flocks during the spring/summer and poop all over, but the yellow babies who you can feed from your back deck made us not care about it.
The downsides were, you could usually hear people from the apartment complex nextdoor partying on the weekends, and on random evenings it would smell like horse/cow crap! The major downside was management.
They are not friendly and give you a hard time about EVERYTHING! They also charged us $600 worth of bogus stuff after we moved out.
This happens to lots of people too! BEWARE!!!
