pros: mostly adults and professionals, free heat, swimming pool, washer dryer in unit (however, it was so loud that I couldn't hear my TV when it was going, but if you turn your TV up, your neighbors can hear you...see cons..)

cons: you can hear your neighbors walking and their TV easily, rent is NOT worth what you get, staff not friendly, you can't get comcast...only their cable or the dish and for internet you only have two options as well. If you close the sliding glass door too hard the lock latches shut. YES I got stuck on my second story balcony with no phone and no one around so I and had to jump down. sweet.

Problems I encountered...
There are only two internet companies you can choose from. First time I called arial link no one picked up the phone for 30 minutes. So I called AT&T and it was a nightmare. Spent two weeks on the phone with them everyday to get my internet working and they could never do it. Finally I said forget it and cancelled and they still sent me bills in the mail for two months. NOT trappers cove's fault but I wish they would give you more then just two options.

My friend and I were going to go for a walk. She walked her dog over to my place and then we left within minutes. They sent me a nasty notice in the mail that they were going to evict me for having a dog. I swore I didn't have one but they still came by for random checks to make sure.

I am a nurse and work nights, so I sleep during the day. One week maintence workers would knock on the door once and come in. I would walk up and stir to that sound. Then they would just stoll in. Several times I woke up to a strange man walking past my bedroom. If that doesn't wake you up fast! They never even left a note saying they were there or what they did. One time they strolled in and spent the afternoon drilling in the bathroom when they knew I was trying to sleep. I ended up having to call into work because I never slept.
