Fantastic, wish I still lived there!

I lived in this apartment community for a year, and I wish I had stayed! :)

The rent was very reasonable, each apartment has its own full-size washer/dryer, huge bathroom and very ample storage space.

The staff was always friendly and accomodating, maintenance issues were always handled swiftly and correctly, and I never had any problems with my neighbors.

The area is safe and family oriented.

The only drawback is that the community is rent controlled for low-income families, so there are income restrictions.
