Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I currently live in these apts but I'm leaving at the end of my lease.
These apartments were nice when I first moved in but now that they have new manangement they are getting ghetto.
The grounds are dirty and the maintenace people are lazy.
When something breaks they blame you and will not take responsibility for the fact that some of the problems are their fault.
If you aren't there they leave work order forms with snide remarks on them.
The office staff don't seem to know what they are doing.
The apartment manager never knows the answers to simple question.
The asst manager is ultra ghetto and unprofessional.
They came into my apartment without my permission at one time.
Its sad for me to see this place go down the drain.
It had a lot of potential.
