Okay I have lived at Waverly Park apartment a little over a year and I am happy to say that my experience was a positive one. The staff is very friendly and helpful and maintenance is very attentive. I DID get robbed once but overall I enjoyed my stay at my apt. What's sad is that the police took longer to show up than the maintenance man. I felt very safe and secure and I never had any problems walking around at night. I agree that in the past it wasn't the best neighborhood to raise your kids in, but times have changed and the building itself is not the problem!!!!!!
