Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Resident of 1 bed second floor for a year. You get what you pay for. Very quite inside apartment. Can not hear neighbors at all. I live on level 2 so I don't know about below but never hear side neighbors.
Parking: Free car port and parking in front, never needed to look and i get home at 11pm.
Noise: VERY QUIET
Grounds: Snow service was kinda slow but always mowed and maintained.
Safety: Plenty of lights outside, the main enter door latch needed to be replaced this summer because it wouldn't shut and secure but that was fixed.
Construction: Water drains slow in tub and bathroom sink but ok in kitchen. Plenty of hot water, washer and dryer in unit is full size and works good, stove is electric, dishwasher works fine, seem to have to change alot of light bulbs but dont' know if thats because they were old, heat and air always worked kept cool and warm.
Overall: Nothing us inculded in rent. you have to pay for everything. Water is about $20 for 1 bed, Electric ranges 40-60, cable/internet is comcast, no phone, gas ranges 30-60. Girlfriend loves the large bathroom space and decent size walk in closet. Gets kinda dusty inside, and i choose to shake out my air filter every month but staff canges it every 6.
Reason for leaving: with nothing included monthly bills add up, so passing up quiet and parking for price
