don't plan on getting your money's worth here!!! Management and maintenance are virtually nonexistent.

The on site maintenance guy is nice enough but with 100 units its too much for 1 guy to handle.

The property manager is horribly rude and lies about when things are going to be fixed.

Communications are also lacking with little to no notice of inspections (8 of them this year alone ) and no notification of a recent road sealing (not repaving even though its in total disrepair) project that left many with their vehicles no where near their unit.

There are absolutely no amenities to speak of, and when you consider that most residents pay about 860 to live here and with 100 units they bring in around 80,000 a month and don't put anything back into it or making the residents feel secure or even happy to live here.

In the summer they mow the lawn but don't trim bushes or weed flower beds...thats left to the residents that are care what their front door looks like and in the winter you are responsible for snow removal out of your driveway and sidewalk.

The snow removal company only clears the main road and in front of the office.

Last winter I moved my car to allow the plow truck to clear out my spot and flagged him down to ask him and he flat out refused based on that they dont pay for it in the contract.

When it was mentioned to management she just shrugged her shoulders and said for me to get a shovel.

If your considering living here you can get a lot more bang for your buck with a lot less frustration by looking elsewhere.

The best thing for this complex would be to be bought by a management company that actually cared about the property as well as the residents.
