We have been here 8 months and plan on staying at least another year if not more.
The staff is excellent, Pam in the front office is very quick to respond and sees things through to the end.
I have needed maintenance twice, once for the dishwasher timer not working and once when the furnace would not light.
In both cases, they were here very quick and fixed the problem immediately.
Management staff is successfully focused on making this a pleasant place to live.
The cost may be a bit higher than surrounding complexes, but when you consider getting a townhouse as opposed to an apartment, Willow Ponds is well worth the cost.
The residents seem to be mostly families and professional students.
Noise has never been an issue.
If I had to find something wrong, the kitchen is a bit small.
Highly recommended.
