The townhome is decent...very spacious, however, the paint and carpet are very cheap and overall, it could be less expensive. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear my neighbors having casual conversation and even hear them being intimate when I really didn't care to hear it. Everytime they took a step, ran water, or dropped a pot, I could hear it. The neighborhood has lots of kids which caused some noise but I'm not a very picky person but I could see how it would bother some.

The staff is very friendly and nice but they are not good at communicating with one another at all. I loved the look of the place, parking was not so great, the grounds are kept up very well but its kind of swampy! I would give it a 7 out of 10. If it was better priced I'd give it a 9 out of 10.
