Old and nasty!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
When i moved in I had all kind of bird poop on the balcony and i constantly requested something to prevent the birds from coming back ot to remove what was already there i got no help. My son was afraid to go on the balcony because of all the birds besides that the balcony seemed shaky and old.
