At first it was great moving into a brand new apartment with all new appliances. But, there have been problems ever since. Parking is terrible. Not enough spaces so other buildings park in front of my door. The sprinklers come in my windows. You have to pay for carports and water. They have thier own cable which means no choice in channels.

It's not all bad. There is a lot of extra storage. I just think for what I'm paying that I shouldn't have these problems.
