An alternative to East Lansing Student slums

After a horrendous living experience in an East Lansing student slum house last year, I wanted to get as far away from obnoxious students as I could. This is a fantastic, quiet community for more mature students and families.
The cost is quite reasonable, and they usually forget to charge us for things like "pet fees" and and extra internet hookup, which is nice. The parking leaves a bit to be desired, some units seem to have more than others, but everybody finds a spot. While the apartments are new, the building materials are pretty cheap and I've already had problems with leaks. The bottom floor apartments are pretty drafty.
Still, the employees are kind and while it may atake a few days for repairs to get done, they usually get done. The pool and fitness center are lovely as long as there aren't swarms of obnoxious kids around.
The appliances are nice, fresh and clean and I truly enjoy living here. Perhaps I'm just comparing it to last year, but I would reccomend Woodland Lakes to mature MSU or LCC students
