My girlfriend & I moved in March 2007. We liked that the apartments were clean, sizeable & new. We liked that there was a washer & dryer in each unit. Our immediate neighbors are friendly and courteous.

The things that we had issues with were neighbors behind us would play their music loud with plenty of bass at unfortunate times of one of us being home sick or when our son was trying to go to sleep. Parkng was an issue at times but it could have been worse.

Our first floor apartment had an air conditioner unit outside our bedroom window which on a nice night we couldn't open the window because the second floor apartments a/c would turn on a wake us up. Lastly, the appliances (dishwasher, heater & washer machine) are loud making it difficult to hear the tv or talk to visiting guests.

Overall, Woodland Lakes has been a good place to live and would recommend it.
