Nice Place To Live

I moved into Woodland Lakes in June of 2007 and have really enjoyed living here. Yes there are the typical loud kids in the parking lot now and then, you know kids need to be outside to get their energy out. And yes some neighbors are louder then others, but from what I see the construction of the buildings is good. The appliances match, the carpet is brand new. You pay a one time move in fee for pets and a monthly charge there after, so they can replace the carpeting after you leave. The grounds are well groomed, sprinklers come on every night during the summer. The buildings are power washed in the spring and fall. Lovely oak cabnets in the bathrooms and kitchen. Electric gas bill is around $50 in the summer (with a/c running) and about $100 in the winter running the heat all the time. If you ask me that is rather cheap. The office ladies are nice. Parking can be a problem depending on how much free parking is available near your building. Car ports are lit up at night and are available for $15 a month per port. It is $180 per year and is reasonable considering we've gotten 50 inches of snow this winter, and I don't have to scrape my car! Pet fees, carport fees are things you have when you live in apartments. All in all I've been very happy living here.
