New management not like the previous group

Our first year at Woodland Lakes was very pleasant. The apartments were spacious and the grounds well maintained. The apartment walls were thin so noise was occasionally a problem. The grounds were well tended and maintenance responded quickly and effectively.
Then new management took over. Forget the well maintained grounds. Loose trash became a common site. Maintenance responded only after several requests and then, the job was finished poorly with a mess left behind.
The final straw to force us to move was the young children running and biking in the parking areas. I learned to enter my parking area at a very slow crawl to avoid injuring these unsupervised children. I had to escape to the library due to the yelling and screaming children or the beer parties of their parents. The sad part is that both of these conditions are violations of the rules but the management could not enforce these necessary rules.
These issues should not be present for the amount of rent that we were paying.

I totally agree with you and am planning on moving out as soon as my lease expires.
