Friendly, helpful staff. Colorful neighbors. Lots of second-hand smoke in our apartment. Cul-de-sac that runs next to apartment building houses very loud tenants...lots of "Cops" style domestic dispuites. Small apartments, but low energy costs. Great water pressure.

I can't imagine anyone would recommend this ghetto, things must have changed drastically since 2004

How can you say it was the apatments next to indian village? It was indian village. These apartments are crap. I moved in back in 2001 and moved out in a hurry in 2006. There was no saftey around that place they need to do background check and i bet more then half the people would be out of there. When I first moved there you could leave your apartment with the door unlocked and noone would mess with your stuff now you dont want to even try that cause you will come home and all your stuff would be gone if its not anyway
