i have been here for 1 year and i still have not got new carpet. my cold water comes out hot. they did not paint all of my apt.they patched a hole and still did not come back to sand and paint that was back 11-06. 1 of the new mangers is lazy i called him to tell him about my sink overfilled there is water all over the floor. it took them 7 days to fix it i could not wash dishes that has happened 2 times for 9 months any one could walk in my billing the front door was kicked in. no one has keys to the back or front door. some safety there.. DON'T MOVE HERE
